Shipping Policy
Konfident Diva LLC processes all orders when received. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping (This Does Not include weekends and holidays).
Please be aware: Orders which include multiple items may be shipped separately. You will continue to receive email updates until all items are shipped.
Please ensure accuracy when entering your Ship To address at checkout, as Konfident Diva LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen products/items. Emails are sent automatically with your shipping information once orders are shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Konfident Diva LLC is committed to providing and delivering quality products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be accepted under any circumstances, for any reason, unless incorrect products were received.
If your order contains incorrect items, Please Contact Us Immediately within 48m hours of the arrival of your package via email at Customerservice@konfidentdiva.com. Your email must include your Name, Order #, and photo of the incorrect item that was shipped to you. All information must be included in order for correct items to come to you.
